A late Friday afternoon in May, a rather distraught sounding Bradford based client, rang us up. As a regular customer, our client knew we would be able to help with their courier problem.

A UK consignment needed to be in Madrid, Spain and they had neglected to send it on their usual internal transport. It was needed by the Sunday and our customer realising their mistake was in a panic to say the least. Our specialist out of hours team were able to get all the necessary information and confirm that we would be able to collect and deliver within 2 days, much to the delight and relief of our client. Our UK driver arrived at their premises on the Saturday morning as arranged, and as Lee says "The relieved look on their faces just shows that they were happy to get the package on its way. I was delighted to be going to Spain, the weather forecast back home was not good so to be going to the sunshine was a bonus!!"

Courier Logistics delivered the special package on the Sunday morning much to the delight of all concerned. Although the client made Lee very welcome, he unfortunately could not take advantage of the sangria on offer, he had to complete the 2500 mile trip to get back to Courier Logistics ready for work on Monday morning. No rest for the wicked as they say!
