Rearrange or Collect Your Delivery
Rearrange your delivery using our free of charge redelivery service.
Deliveries can only be made to the original address, a signature will be required on delivery.
All requests for next day delivery must be made by 18:00 Deliveries can only be re attempted on the same service. You cannot use this option to request your delivery for a Saturday, if you require a Saturday delivery you must contact the sender and ask them to upgrade it for you.
To rearrange a delivery for Monday we must receive your request by 20:00 on the Friday before.
*If you are collecting your parcel from us you must wait 24 hours from the point of receiving your card*
