Where is my parcel?

You can track your items location and journey via APC's PinPoint Tracking service below. 

All you need is your consignment number and postcode of delivery.

Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service team on 01709 369369 Opt. 3 or email them directly on customeroperations@courierlogistics.co,uk and they will be happy to advise the status of your delivery

How do I know if my parcel is out for delivery? Can you provide an ETA?

You should have received confirmation from your senders regarding the date of your delivery if you have not recieved this, please contact your senders to obtain this date. On the day of delivery, your item(s) will be loaded onto one of our vehicles and scanned ready for delivery. Upon the driver leaving the depot, You should receive a 2 hour tracking slot via a text or your emails (remember to check your junk folders). If your ETA has not been provided you can locate this along with in-depth information such as your exact stop number or drivers current stop over on APC's PinPoint Tracking service below.

Can my parcel be left in a safe place?

Unfortunately due to APC's policy restrictions, we are not able to leave an item without prior permission from the senders. You would need to request this directly at the point of purchase or contact them and ask them to provide us with authorisation to do so.

Can my parcel be delivered to a neighbour?

We can deliver your items to a designated neighbour of choice as long as the senders have NOT specifically stated otherwise. The selected neighbour will need to be available at the time of delivery to receive and sign for your consignment. If you would like to request this, please contact our customer services team on 01709 369369 Opt. 3 or email the team on depot48@apc-overnight.com. 


Please note, some items are prohibited from being delivered to neighbours such as sensitive items or high value goods, Please refer to your senders to confirm if your order contains a prohibited item.

Can the driver call me before attempting to deliver my parcel?

If the senders have inputted your telephone/mobile number onto our system, the driver will be able to call/text up to 30 minutes before arrival. If you would like to request this, please contact our customer service agents on the day of delivery and they will be able to help.


Please note this request is not a guaranteed service and many not be possible due to high parcel volumes.

I have missed my delivery. How do I re-arrange delivery?

If you have missed your delivery you can simply request a re-attempt via the APC Called service. All you will need is your consignment number (this can be found on the 'sorry we missed you' card left by the driver or on your emails) and your postcode. You can simply select the appropriate re-delivery date and confirm. Please note, you can only re-schedule your delivery once.

If you are having issues using this service or did not receive a 'sorry we missed you' card, please contact our friendly customer service team on 1709 369369 Opt. 3 or via customeroperations@courierlogisitics.co.uk and they will be more than happy to re-arrange this on your behalf.

I would like to come and collect from the depot instead. How do I arrange this?

If you would like to come to our depot to collect your item(s) you can simply request a re-attempt via the APC Called service. All you will need is your consignment number (this can be found on the 'sorry we missed you' card left by the driver or on your emails) and your postcode. You can simply select the collect from depot option and confirm.

How much does pallet delivery cost?

The cost of delivery depends on many different factors such as:

  • Size of your delivery
  • Distance from collection to destination
  • Weight of the pallet
  • Type of freight

What are the weight and dimensions restrictions?
There are 4 different types of pallets:
  • Quarter Pallet:
Height (max): 600cm
Weight (max): 250kg
Dims (Max): 1.2m x 1.2m

  • Half Pallet
Height (max): 2.0m
Weight (max): 500kg
Dims (Max): 1.2m x 1.2m

  • Full Pallet
Height (max): 2.2m
Weight (max): 1200kg
Dims (Max): 1.2m x 1.2m
Tail Lift: 1000kg max

  • Oversized Pallet

Height (max): 2.2m

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, all deliveries are tracked and be accessed via the Vigo portal.

Will I receive proof of delivery?

Yes, after the delivery is complete you will receive a photo POD.

I have a pallet that requires a tail lift delivery, can I still use your service?

Yes! Some of our vehicles have tail lifts which can accommodate your pallet needs. If you require a tail lift, please specify this upon booking.

I have a pallet(s) that needs collecting and delivering the same day. Do you offer a service for this?

Yes we do! If you require goods to be collected and delivered on the same day, our in house sameday department will be on hand. You can call them directly on 01709 369369 Opt.2 or sameday@courierlogistics.co.uk and book a delivery with no account required. Credit Card payments are accepted using Stripe.

What if my pallet overhangs?

If your pallet exceeds the standard dimensions you will have to specify that your pallet is oversized, however if it fits the definitions you can book your pallet on as Pallet+ which is 1.2 x 1.5m rather than the standard 1.2 x 1.2m.

POD email alerts are optional at point of booking.

What size vehicle do I need for my dedicated delivery?

Can you transport hazardous goods?

No, we are unable to transport any goods that would require an ADR license or ADR style handling.

​Storage & Fulfilment - FAQ's​

Can I access my stored items at any time?

Yes, you can e-mail storage@courierlogistics.co.uk or call 01709 369369 to arrange a date and time when you would like to visit.

What kind of security measures do you have in place for stored items?

Our warehouse is locked and secure with CCTV and burglar alarm system.

What is the maximum weight and size limit for stored items?

Every pallet and product is looked at but all pallets in racking is maximum weight of 1000kgs and pallet dimensions 1200 x 1000mm

Can I arrange for delivery of my stored items to a specific location?

Yes, this can be arranged by the Storage department on your behalf.

What is your policy on damaged or lost items in storage?

Damaged and lost goods that have been damaged or lost by our department will be paid out on a claim under our RHA insurance agreement.

How much does warehouse storage and fulfilment cost?

The cost of storage and fulfilment depends on many factors and your quote will be specific to you as a client.

Do you offer customisation options for packaging and labelling of pick and pack orders?

Yes, We can provide any size box and tape and even your own company logo.

Do I need insurance?

We can insure under our RHA terms, or you as a customer can self-insure.

What is fulfilment?

When an order is received it needs to be fulfilled. Order fulfilment includes the process of a product from warehousing, locating the inventory ordered, packing it and then shipping the order to its destination.
