With over 100 depots across the country, the APC network offers a friendly, efficient and reliable overnight and next day delivery service to customers. As a shareholder we are committed to helping APC grow, improve and progress in the courier market. This partnership allows us to offer you an excellent parcel delivery solution to compliment our other services. APC are the carrier of choice for those businesses that need to move fragile, liquid or high-value goods.


Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we bring this through the network. We provide all of our customers with personal, and local customer service. Our APC team is based at our headquarters in Dinnington. They are always on the end of the phone to book your deliveries, handle your queries and offer advice on the best options available for your business.


We deliver nationwide 6 days a week and work closely with lots of local businesses. You can keep track of your parcel via the APC Pinpoint platform. You can offer your customers the option of SMS and/or email notifications, so they know the status of the parcel.


As a customer, you will also receive access to easy booking tools such as our CSV job importer or direct integration via our API.

MailPack

APC branded plastic pack, 37.5cm x 29.5cm A4. Maximum weight 1KG, Excludes liquids. These new bags are composed of 80% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.

CourierPack

APC branded plastic pack, 54.5cm x 45.5cm A3. Maximum weight 5kg. Excludes liquids. These new bags are composed of 80% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.

Lightweight
Parcel

5KG or less, Single item. Item must be boxed. 0.45m x 0.35m x0.2m. Excludes liquids.

Standard Parcel

Great choice for multipart or single item consignments as our pricing model is at consignment level and not per box. We specialise in Fragile and Liquid services.

The delivery summary will show you the exact driver location and the current stop number.

Delivery point & your stop number

Included in the summary is your delivery stop and your allocated drop number.

Estimated delivery window

All deliveries are allocated a 2 hour delivery window, allowing you the extra flexibility.

APC Expect

With APC Expect you can have a 2 hour delivery window message sent to your customer via SMS or email.
